Honey and Oat Bran Face Scrub/Mask
Washing your face has never tasted or smelled so good!
You’ll need:
1. One teaspoon honey organic or otherwise 2. Two teaspoons oat bran organic or otherwise 3. Small mixing pot 4. Spoon Mix the ingredients with the spoon in the pot, it is best to use a glass pot and a wooden spoon or steel would be fine. Plastic is so harmful it should just be avoided in all aspects of life, as much as it is possible. In front of the mirror, with sanitary hands, put the mixture on your face. Try not to wipe it on, use more of a blotting motion. You can, however, substitute the oat bran for any type of oat cut, as long as it suits your needs. The scrub is meant to exfoliate only those areas where needed, so only rub the areas that are extra greasy. For instance the “T” zone is a common place for greasy buildup, this is the area on your face that include forehead, nose and chin hence the term “T” zone. If you’re “T” zone is where your grease builds up then rub there, otherwise put the mask/scrub on and let it sit for a moment. To remove the mask get a clean washcloth, organic is great, wet in warm water, then in a blotting motion again blot away the mask rinsing the cloth after each blot. The mask should leave your skin soft and supple, one perk is the honey sweet smell left on your cheeks. This mask can be used to help acne or just as a weekly deep conditioning scrub. It is not recommended to use this mask more than once a week, you’re skin may get irritated from too much scrubbing. Use and try our tips at your own risk, we like them but they are not for everyone. Discontinue use if rash appears, keep out of your eyes. Good luck! Posted by, Website Admin: Heather |
